We think a good translation vendor should help its clients save costs and provide them with better value for money. In this respect, as well as offering a competitive price to a client, we often volunteer to accommodate the client’s budget that is disclosed to us at our request. Unless this budget is too low to cover our costs, we always take the job at the COST price with a view of clinching or retaining a client for future business. Allowing our clients to see our quality first is one of our pricing strategies.

Basically, the rates we offer vary from S$0.06 to S$0.35 per word in the source document, depending on the following factors:
- Source and Target Languages
- Turnaround Time
- Technical nature of the Text
- Total Volume
- One-time Translation or Ongoing Project
Please note, however, there is a minimum charge for small orders, ranging from S$20 to S$120 depending on the language pair and the content to be translated.
Sworn or certified translations are priced on a per-page basis and start from S$30 per page, irrespective of the amount of text to be translated. If you have more than 20 pages of certificates, the rate may be even lower, say, $20 or $15 per page.

For consecutive interpreting services, our charges range from S$80-150 per hour per interpreter, and for simultaneous interpreting services, our rates range from $150 to 250 per hour per interpreter, depending on the content of topic.
The quoted fee is for the stated duration only. If the event exceeds the end time stated in our quotation, an additional fee will be charged at the hourly rate on an hourly basis even if the additional time does not reach one hour. The final payment will be based on the total number of hours confirmed by the client on the spot in the Time sheet presented by our interpreters after the service is completed. There will be a 50% mark-up on the hourly charge after 5.00 pm every day.
Unless otherwise offered by China-Link International:
- There is a 20% surcharge for PowerPoint presentations and .htm /html (.php, .asp, .xml) pages;
- There is 50-200% mark-up for urgent and super urgent deliveries as well as overnight delivery.
